How to Get Started with KnotNow

Track your sessions, check live spot conditions, and analyse your performance — in three easy steps.

KnotNow tracks your water sports performance and helps you analyse every session on the water. Whether you want to check live local conditions, track a new session, or import past data, getting started takes just a few minutes.

1. Check Spot Conditions

Before heading out, view live weather forecasts, wind speeds, directions, gusts, tides, and water quality data for your favourite UK spots directly in the app.
