Create your free account
Click Start free in the top bar. You’ll sign in with Google or Apple — that creates your KnotNow Account and syncs your sessions in the cloud.
Already use KnotNow for forecasts? The same sign-in unlocks Sessions.
Record & export your activity
Record with Garmin, Apple Watch, or any app that saves .gpx or .tcx. Export the file on the device or from the manufacturer’s website — our upload help walks through common apps.
Upload and explore
Open the upload page, drop your file, and we’ll build your map, legs, VMG, and manoeuvre stats. Then browse the feature guides to go deeper. See how you actually performed. Our analytics ensure that every session leads to progression.
