a stunning, "wilderness" spot that offers a true escape for wingers and windsurfers.

Located at the mouth of the River Ffraw, this rural bay is backed by some of the most impressive dunes in Wales. It is a fantastic alternative to the busier Rhosneigr, offering uncrowded wave riding in a beautiful, natural setting. The conditions here are typically more mellow than at the main Anglesey wave spots, making it a great location for intermediate wing foilers to practice riding swell. The community here is small and local, but the vibe is exceptionally peaceful—perfect for those who prefer nature to activity centres. Ideal Conditions: S, W, NW. A Southerly wind provides the cleanest conditions across the bay.
